Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a legend labelling various areas of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
